Standard menu nutrition, side by side

Nutrition values use the official standard serving with onion where specified. Customizations, portions and ingredient changes affect the figures. Calories are shown as kcal; grams are g and sodium is mg.

Compare the same kind of serving

The Double-Double provides 34 grams of protein in its standard 287-gram serving. The Cheeseburger provides 20 grams in 229 grams and the Hamburger provides 16 grams in 209 grams. Those are complete servings with different ingredient amounts, not equal-weight samples.

A custom build needs a matching entry. The Protein Style nutrition table uses official lettuce-wrap entries rather than subtracting an estimated bun from a regular burger.

Build a meal calorie total

ComponentsCalculated calories before a drink
Hamburger + standard fries360 + 360 = 720 kcal
Cheeseburger + standard fries430 + 360 = 790 kcal
Double-Double + standard fries610 + 360 = 970 kcal

A beverage must be added using its actual flavor and serving size. For example, replacing a beverage with a standard 15-fluid-ounce vanilla shake adds that shake’s 590 calories to the selected food total. These sums are calculations from published individual entries.

Why custom orders do not have one universal total

Extra patties, cheese, sauce and loaded fries alter the ingredients or portion. An unofficial nickname may not even define a fixed build. This guide leaves unverified custom-order values unspecified rather than presenting estimates as official data.

For an ingredient constraint, consult the allergen guide as well as calories. Numeric nutrition and allergen exposure answer different questions.
