What does the general holiday policy say?
Official employment information names Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas as restaurant closure holidays. Memorial Day is not on that list. This supports a general expectation of normal trading, not a verified live opening status for every restaurant.
Which schedule would normally apply?
The usual Monday hours are 10:30 a.m. to 1:00 a.m. the next day. Treat that as the normal weekly pattern. Temporary closures, local conditions or a specific holiday notice can override it.

How should you plan a future visit?
Use the year in the question. Memorial Day is the last Monday in May, so a date copied from a different year can be wrong. For 2027, that date is May 31; the restaurant’s operating notice still needs to be checked near the visit.
