Company guide

Benefits follow the role and eligibility.

In-N-Out lists medical, dental, vision and other benefits for full-time restaurant associates and eligible dependents. Retirement and educational-assistance benefits have additional eligibility requirements.

Which full-time benefits are listed?

The official page includes health coverage, specified insurance and assistance programs. It also identifies profit sharing, a 401(k) plan and LEARN educational assistance subject to eligibility. Use current employer plan documents for the details applying to an individual associate.

Part-time employment has its own benefit information; full-time descriptions should not be applied automatically to every role.

How does vacation accrual change with service?

Service periodListed vacation accrual
1–5 years2 weeks
6–10 years3 weeks
11+ years4 weeks

The official full-time restaurant page says vacation is accrued and can be taken after 90 calendar days. It also lists sick-time accrual of six days per year for full-time associates.

Which additional perks are named?

Free meals, a 15% company-store discount and company-sponsored events appear on the official page. Eligibility and the terms of a particular benefit should be confirmed with the employer.

The summary here is informational. It is not a benefit-plan document or a guarantee that a future job will have unchanged terms.

Where should an applicant check next?

Read the exact job listing, review the relevant full-time or part-time benefits page, and ask the employer about eligibility. The careers guide links to the official search route.
